Pittsburg Public Library MovieMakers Studio is now open from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Teens in sixth through 12th grades may work on individual or group projects and learn new film-making technologies in the studio.

The PPL MovieMakers program invites teens to be involved in all aspects of making movies. They may participate in writing, directing, acting, editing or working behind the scenes in the movie-making process.

A group MovieMakers meeting will be held at 4 p.m. Feb. 20 in the studio. Anyone needing additional information may contact Bev Clarkson at 620-230-5566.
