Annette (Monsour) Molina, 47 of St. Louis, MO, formerly of Longmont, Colo., died at 10 a.m. Monday Nov. 16, 2009 at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center following a sudden illness.
She was born April 20, 1962, in Pittsburg, KS, the daughter of Peter and Maralyne (Owens) Monsour.  She attended and graduated from St. Mary’s Colgan with honors and went on to Pittsburg State University where she was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received degrees in Chemistry and Biology.  She was accepted into medical school at Kirksville, MO.

Annette always had concern for others.  She tried hard to show her love of God by loving her family and friends.  She brought a ray of sunlight with her smile and was always trying to help anyone in need.  She showed this through her professional life by working in pharmaceutical research.  At present she was the Manager of Clinical Data for Covidien Pharmaceutical Company.  She also worked in Kansas, California, Massachusetts and internationally in Germany.  She loved her profession knowing that she was working in an area which could improve the lives of others.  She had just moved to the St. Louis area to take the position with Covidien before becoming ill.
Survivors include her husband Robert of Longmont, CO, father and mother of Pittsburg; three sisters: Maresa Monsour of Pittsburg, Alesia McDonald of Clinton, MO, and Zena Weist of Overland Park, KS, a brother Peter Monsour, III and many cherished nieces and nephews who were very important in her life.
A celebration of her life Memorial Mass will be at 11:30 am, Thursday, November 19, 2009, with Fr. Thomas Stroot as Celebrant.  Private inurnment will take place at a later date.  Parish rosary will be recited at 7 p.m., Wednesday, at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, family will receive friends following the rosary.  Condolences may be left at www.bathnaylor.com.  Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, these may be left at or mailed to the funeral home.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home 522 S.
