John W. Marshall, 78, beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away 11/16/2009 in Overland Park, Ks.
He was born in Arcadia, Ks on April 13, 1931 and lived most of his adult life in the Kansas City area.
John worked as a welder at Allis Chalmers and Broski Brothers. He was an avid photographer and loved music. Later in life he worked for Local 31, IATSE.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mike Marshall. He is survived by a brother, Joe Marshall of Ozark, Mo.; two daughters, Rebecca Ball and Rhonda Ridinger and husband, Rory Ridinger, Sr. both of Kansas City, Mo.; a son, Doug Marshall of Overland Park, Ks; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Graveside inurnment services will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, (Old Arcadia Cemetery) Arcadia, Ks on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
