Michele J Turner 49, died May 30th, 2012 at the Carrington Place after a lengthy illness surrounded by friends.
She was born May 21st, 1963 in Columbus KS to Charles & Janice Turner of Weir. Weir was her hometown. She attended Weir and Southeast High School.
Ms. Turner was also Graduate of Vatterot College, Joplin.
Michele worked various jobs, Millers, as a Para at USD 247, and as a transcriptionist for several doctor offices. She was also employed at Via-Christi, then Wal-Mart until her illness.
Michele is survived by her two children: Tommy & Chara Heskett.
One sister: Brenda Craddock, Girard, and two brothers, Donald and Charles Turner, Scammon.
She was preceded in death by her parents in 2011.
Michele leaves a legacy of courage, a joyful spirit, zest for life, and sense of humor through out her life and illness that inspired those around her. Taken too soon she will be truly missed.
Michele was very grateful for her close friendships, their support and love as well as the care she received by Carrington Place.
A time of remembrance and sharing is planned at Carrington Place on Saturday, June 2nd at 2p.m.
