Billy J. Loyd

Billy J. Loyd, age 44 of Scammon, Kansas passed away Thursday morning at the Freeman Health Systems Hospital in Joplin, MO after an illness.
Billy was born March 14, 1964 at Columbus, KS the son of Billy Loyd Sr. and Sharon Aldrige. Billy graduated from Columbus High School in 1982. he worked
with the Tamko Company in Columbus.
Survivors include one daughter Heather Loyd of Carl Junction, Mo., One brother Mike Loyd of Joplin, MO, sister Deanne Loyd of Columbus, KS, Mother Sharon Preston of Hallowell, KS, Father Billy Loyd Sr. of West Mineral, KS
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday September 1, 2008 at the Simpson Funeral Home in Columbus, KS. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday (September) 2, 2008 at the Simpson Funeral Home in Columbus, KS with the Rev. Kip Heth officiating. Burial will be in the Edgmand Cemetery rural Columbus, KS
