SHREVEPORT, La. —
Dolores Antoinette Winn Warlop, 85, (formerly of Kansas City, KS, and Pittsburg, KS ), departed for heaven Monday, January 21, 2013, in Shreveport, LA. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2013, at Maple Hill Funeral Home in Argentine, KS. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Sunday. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
Dolores was born January 17, 1928, in Kansas City, KS, to Altha Mae Beasley and Homer Milton Winn. In 1948 she met and married Donald M. Jolley. Jann Jolley Fowler and Becky L. Barrett were born into this marriage. Dolores met, fell in love with and married John I. Warlop, January 15, 1981. The couple lived in Pittsburg, KS, and then relocated to Shreveport, LA, in 1992.
Dolores was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, daughters, sister, Marie Winn Russell, step-sons, nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
