Perry E. Beals, 83, of Wichita, Kansas, died at 8:39 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2012, at his home.

Mr. Beals was born March 8, 1929, at Cato, Kansas, the son of Perry L. and Lena Mack Beals. Perry was retired from Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, where he worked for 25 years. He was raised in Cato and attended Cato and Arcadia schools. He lived in Wichita most of his life. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #303 in Wichita. Survivors include three sons, Kerry Beals, Kent Beals and Kevin Beals, all of Wichita, a sister, Donna Medley of Wichita, a brother, Lester Beals of Wichita, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Gerber, a sister, Doris Selvidge, and a brother, Mack Beals.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, November 16, 2012, at the Large Cemetery at Cato, Kansas, with the Rev. Steve Cole officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday before the services at the Bedene Funeral Home at Arma, Kansas. Arranagements are under the direction of the Bedene Funeral Home, 517 E. Washington, Box 621, Arma, KS 66712.
