Scott A. Howell, 47, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Independence, Kansas.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th Street, Cherryvale, Kansas. Private family services will take place at a later date.
Memorial remembrances are suggested to the American Heart Association and they may be mailed or left at the funeral home.
Scott Alan Howell was born February 25, 1965 at Chanute, Kansas the son of Roy Howell and Mary Alice (Haviland) Howell.
He graduated from St. Paul High School in 1984. After graduation he worked as a self-employed mechanic and also did carpenter work in his spare time.
Survivors include mother and step father, Mary and Gary Brooks of Cherryvale, KS, father, Roy Howell of Chanute, KS, brother, Arthur Vance of Pittsburg, KS, five children, Nicole, Nicholas, Brittany, Damian and Gabriel.
