Ginger L. Socks, 64, of Pittsburg, passed away at 3:15 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Via Christi Hospital.
She was born May 3, 1948 at Indianapolis, Indiana to Elmo and Betty (Tingle) Jaggers. Ginger was raised by her step-father, William “Ted” Slicer. She graduated from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She married Richard Socks and they later divorced.
Ginger was a CNA & QMA, and lifelong caregiver. She was also a painting instructor.
Survivors include, two sons, William Socks of Columbus, IN and Sean Socks of Greenwood, IN; two daughters, Kristina Hollis of Indianapolis, IN and Angelina Dillahay of Pittsburg; a brother, Ron Jaggers of Texas; two sisters, Susie Booker and Debbie Scottan, both of Indiana; Ten grandchildren, Dalton, Andrew, Amber, William, Cierra, Phoenix, Christian, Tucker, Lydia, and Madison; and 2 great-grandchildren, Braxton and Nevaeh.
