Ronald C. Mishmash, 65, of Pittsburg, KS, died Monday February 18, 2013 in Pittsburg.

He was born January 7, 1948 in Pittsburg the son of Carl E. and Mary J. Lemon Mishmash.  He had been a resident of Pittsburg his entire life.  He graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1966 and was a graduate of the Vocational Technical School in Columbus, KS.

He married Kathleen Pope on July 18, 1979 in Pittsburg, KS and she survives at the home in Pittsburg.

Mr. Mishmash was a Pressman at FMI in Girard, KS, prior to his retirement.

He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsburg.

Survivors in addition to his wife include five sons Ron Mishmash II, Kyle Mishmash and Jordan Mishmash, all of Pittsburg, Spencer Mishmash and Nicholas Mishmash both of the home, one daughter Kaitlynn Mishmash of the home, four brothers Carl Mishmash II of Pittsburg, Samuel Mishmash of Belton, MO, Bobby Mishmash of Pittsburg and Terry Mishmash of Kansas City, KS, one sister Mary Kay Cavanaugh of Goddard, KS, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son Carl Mishmash III.

Funeral Mass will be 10 am Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsburg, KS.  A memorial has been established to the family for his children in lieu of flowers.   Arrangements are by the Midland Cremation Society in Joplin, MO.  Condolences may be left at our web site www.midlandcremation.com.
