JoAnn “Mega” Jones

JoAnn “Mega” Jones, age 73, Weir, passed away June 18, 2009.
JoAnn was born January 27, 1936 in Weir, Kansas to Grace and Joe Bennett. Survivors include four children, Tammie Kay Taylor, Teddy Wayne Jones, David Lee Jones, all of Weir, Kan., and Alfred Ray Jones of Pittsburg, Kansas. She is also survived by 4 brothers and one sister. Fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. JoAnn was cremated s per her wishes.
A memorial service will he held Saturday, July 11th at 11 a.m., at her home located at 504 South High, in Weir, Kansas. Aaron Williams will be officiating the services. Refreshments will be served after the service.
