In the Saturday March 28, 2015 Morning Sun, a Dr. Mark L. Hopkins began an article in regard to two years of free college tuition at the community college level as supported by President Obama in his 2015 State of the Union address. He began by first attempting to agree with the president and then back tracked in regard as to whether it should be done.
