Dear Editor,
Saturday night my mother (age 89) and I enjoyed an entertaining evening at the memorial auditorium watching Vicki Lawrence and Mama. I left mother sitting on a bench in the lobby while I went to get the car. She got up to meet me and fell. Several young adults, attending a function downstairs, helped her up and walked her to my car and assisted her getting in. My mother was OK but wanted to thank the young people for their help and kindness.
