Lost purse returns! There are still good, honest people in our world — in our town. I want to commend the person that found my purse and returned it on Monday the 21st. I still haven’t figured out just how I lost it and I was frantic when I realized it was missing but we were already an hour from home and nothing could be done until we returned 7 hours later. Of course I did all the correct things by contacting the police and the credit card companies as soon as we returned home. On Tuesday morning when my husband opened the front door, we had such a wonderful surprise finding my purse hanging from the front door knob!! Everything was still in it!! We never use that door unless someone comes to it but Tuesday for some reason my husband opened the door to check his car. I feel so fortunate that an honest person found and returned my purse. My regret is that I have no idea who that was and I would love to personally thank them for their kindness. If that person can describe the purse and the address of the door knob then I would like to meet them and present them my thanks. Contact the Morning Sun with any information please. There is a glimmer of hope in the goodness of mankind.
