Dear Editor
To the person or persons that sneaked into my driveway and has stolen my grandson’s Murray mini bike. I want you to know that my grandson helped pay for this mini bike, he was just learning to ride it. I don’t understand why someone would go into another person’s yard and steal something. I just don’t comprehend this lack of intelligence and lack of respect for themselves and other people involved. There is an owner behind this particular mini bike, don’t you realize this? Someone who actually worked to pay for it (my grandson). I want you to know this mini bike is not covered by our home owner’s policy as it is called a pleasure vehicle. So my grandson is out $500.00 of which he actually worked and earned his money to buy this mini bike. He is 9 years old, he doesn’t understand the lack of respect and lack of remorse of some people.
I say to the thief, get a work ethic and get a job. Sooner or later you will get caught. It takes a lot of disrespect to trespass on private property to steal. Homeowners, lock up all your personal items, lets put these thieves out of business.
