We on East 31st Street appreciate the efforts of Gary Edwards.
Our street has now been plowed and is passable from the last six-inch snow.
East 31st Street never gets scraped or sanded by the city. They say “we don’t do that or we can’t.” They readily have their hand in your wallet at tax time with no excuses.
The neighbors on East 31st Street want to again thank Gary Edwards for taking care of us all.
