Dear Editor
I wonder, are the un-employed figures high enough yet, or do we have to wait until they get higher before the president openly starts a copy of FDR’s “Civilian Conservation Camps”
When he does, it will be his “Civilian National Security” force. Will it be manned by volunteers, draftees or perhaps the unemployed.? He has said he wants it to be just as powerful and as well funded as the army (funded with un-used stimulus money ?). Different from FDR’s as they will be for keeping our country safe. Safe from gatherings, marches (like the tea parties) or any uprisings against the Socialist government that’s being formed by Obama, his cabinet’ and czars who only advise and answer to him. Obama’s own words were “Judge me by the people I have around me”
This private army will be like the ones Hugo Chavez in Venezuela and Kim Jong-il have in North Korea.
Do you remember Rahm Emanuel’s words,” Never let a crisis go to waste?” Perhaps he was referring to some of the crises we’ve already had or some that are planned and lay ahead. Like the czars ideas of controlling the media and agreeing with the ways of Chavez and Mao Tse Tung. What’s next???
