PITTSBURG —
I would like to publicly thank the following businesses for making the Roy Rogers Jr. Christmas concert free for the public: Mpix/Millers, Pitt Plastics, Watco, Names and Numbers, and Pitsco. Through their generosity, over 800 citizens were entertained by the western sounds of the King of the Cowboys’ son, Dustin Rogers and the High Riders. I would also like to thank KOAM TV, KKOW Radio, My Town Media and the Morning Sun for providing free advertising for this community concert and Wesley House fundraiser. We collected over 1,000 cans of food and over $1,000 in cash to assist Wesley House at this very important time of the year.
Congratulations to the citizens of Pittsburg, you continue to prove over and over again why Pittsburg is a great community to call HOME.
