I am writing this letter on behalf of all those living in Crawford County who have been affected by heart disease and have survived its deadly grasp. We need your help as we prepare for our Crawford County Heart Walk to be held on Saturday morning September 20th, beginning at Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center. Each year I feel we miss potential donors because it is nearly impossible to make that individual personal contact. Please accept this letter as your personal contact and consider a donation to the walk. If you are so inclined, you may send a check made payable to the Crawford County Heart Walk and send it to Jeff L. Wilbert at 611 N. Catalpa, Pittsburg, Kan., 66762.
If you would like to walk your neighborhood, I will be happy to get you a packet to help in your collections. I can be reached at 620-231-0752.
Pittsburg, Frontenac and the surrounding communities are always very generous when it comes to a good cause. Our goal is to save one member of our community from the devastating effects of heart disease. Would you please help by sending a donation?
