ST. PAUL — The Northeast boys won their 10th game of the season and maintained their undefeated mark in Three Rivers League play with a 61-47 road win Friday night over the St. Paul Indians.
J.T. Richardson and Jon Baker each scored 16 points for Northeast, whose six players each made at least three field goals for a grand total of 29 made field goals.
Chase Cleland scored nine, Noah Popejoy eight, Cody McCloud six and Cole Robinson six.
Richardson and Cleland helped Northeast pull away from St. Paul in the second half, splitting 12 third-quarter points as the Vikings outscored the Indians 18-7 out of the locker room in what turned out to be the decisive quarter.
Willie Westhoff led St. Paul with 16 points and Jake O’Brien added 10.
Northeast (10-3, 4-0 TRL) plays Oswego Tuesday.

The Vikings only scored four points in the third, both field goals made by senior Kenzi Tims, and the Indians extended their lead to 27-18 after three.
Tims was the only player for both teams in double figures, scoring 10 points. Freshman guard Kaylee Bogina added nine for Northeast.
Nikki Sears led St. Paul with nine points.
Northeast falls to 6-7 overall and 2-2 TRL.
