Three members of the Pittsburg State University baseball team earned All-MIAA honors this when the team was released.
Junior outfielder Taylor House garnered second-team All-MIAA honors, while senior shortstop Brett Hothan and freshman utility player Brian Dean were named to the honorable mention All-MIAA squad.
House, from Neosho, Mo., hit a team-leading .407 with six home runs, 53 runs scored and 28 RBIs.
Hothan, a Topeka native, hit .379 with a team-leading eight home runs and 41 RBIs, while Dean, from Littleton, Colo., batted .313 with nine doubles and 23 RBIs, splitting time at second base and catcher.
