Lisa Beth Frayer, 61, of Pittsburg, passed away at 7:35 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, at the Galena Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born April 14, 1963, in Pocahontas, Arkansas to Earl and Norma (Stevens) Frayer. She graduated from Pittsburg High School and attended Pittsburg State University.
Lisa worked as a hairdresser and a travel agent for several years, but most recently was a homemaker.
She was a former member of the Church of God of Holiness. Lisa loved having her grandkids around and spending time with them.
Survivors include a son, Chad Thompson (Stacy) of rural Pittsburg; her mother, Norma Showalter of Pittsburg; a brother, Ken Frayer of Pittsburg; a sister, Jan Hula (Rodney) of Pittsburg; three grandchildren, Tristan Connelly, Ezriah Thompson, and Vivian Thompson; and a brother-in-law, John Thompson of Girard.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Rachelle Lynne Connelly.
A private family graveside will be held at a later date in the Shiloh Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Brenner Mortuary, Pittsburg, KS.
