Nancy Ellen Bradrick, 58, of Pittsburg, Kansas, died April 25, 2024, at her home following an illness.
She was born July 6, 1965, in Pittsburg, Kansas, to William G. and Judith A. (Nelson) Bradrick. Nancy was a lifetime resident of Pittsburg.
She attended Lone Star School in Pittsburg until she was 21. When she was younger, she enjoyed riding a tandem bicycle with her family, watching "The Brady Bunch," swinging in her backyard, looking at catalogs, and teasing her family members. She enjoyed coloring, playing with blocks and cards, practicing writing her letters, and watching "The Family Feud," "Little House on the Prairie," Bob Hope, and "Marcus Welby, M.D." She liked being outdoors and playing in the sandbox, taking long drives, listening to music, and picking out new books at the little free library. Nancy had an infectious laugh and a caring nature, being concerned for others and loving babies and animals.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Leftwich, and a sister, Jennifer Bradrick.
Survivors include her father, William G. Bradrick of Pittsburg; a niece, Andrea L. Oehme, and her husband, Chris, of Frontenac, Kansas; three great-nieces, Robin Arne, Gwendolyn Crosetto, and Madeline Oehme, and a great-nephew, Jase Oehme, all of Frontenac; an aunt, two uncles, and many cousins.
Visitation was held from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, at Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Pittsburg. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 2, at Bath-Naylor, followed by burial at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Pittsburg.
