Terry Lee Hurlbert, 52, of Opolis, Kansas, passed away on June 29, 2022, at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg.
Terry was born on April 22, 1970, to Rolla and Sherry Ann (McWilliam) Hurlbert in Pittsburg.
Survivors include his sister, Jenifer Blakslee; two nieces, Caitlin and Samantha Blakslee; and nephew, Edward Blakslee, all of Hartselle, Alabama; uncle, Jerry Hurlbert and his wife, Jean of Pittsburg; and step-niece, MaKayla Buffington; and step-nephew, Bryan Buffington of Cherokee, Kansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his stepmother, Ramona Hurlbert, and a step-brother, Troy Buffington.
According to Terry's wishes, he has been cremated. His burial will take place at a later date in the Blackjack Cemetery in Barton County, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, 114 E. 4th St., Pittsburg, KS.
