Tony Kent Jameson, 66, of Flemington, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022.

He was born on Oct. 3, 1955, to George Jr. and Lorene (McDaniel) Jameson in Pittsburg.

Tony graduated from Southeast High School and later earned his associate's degree in business. He was a union carpenter, realtor, and professional bass fisherman. Tony loved the outdoors; fishing, hunting, trapping, and gardening. He was an amazing storyteller and an even better listener. He lived his dream, having fished the Bass Master Circuit with Bill Dance and Jimmy Huston. His main purpose in life was his family. He adored his children, but even more so, his grandchildren. He was a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Bolivar, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife, Carol (Russian) Jameson; daughters, Sarah (John) Deptula, Katie (Ray) Bradley, and Cindy Jameson; grandchildren, Tayeson, Peyton, Ellie, and Claire; one brother, four sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsburg with Father Scott Sunnenberg from Bolivar. Lunch will be provided afterward in the rec center. Arrangements have been made by Butler Funeral Home of Bolivar, Missouri.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude's or Tunnels to Towers Foundation (tunnels2towers.org).
