William (Bill) Louis Blair II of Frontenac, Kansas passed away on April 6, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri after a short illness. Bill was born July 6, 1963, in Pittsburg, Kansas to Helen M. Blair (Coghill) and William (Gus) Louis Blair. He was a graduate of Pittsburg High School, class of 1982 and received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas in Dec. of 1986. Bill started his career at Transamerica and after about a decade moved to the mortgage business where he spent the remainder of his career. He loved e-biking and logged well over 10,000 miles on the Arkansas Greenway. He was preceded in death by his father and mother and is survived by his sister Diane Blair or Frontenac, Kansas along with his dog Polly. Bill will forever be remembered for his quick wit and his great sense of humor. A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday April 26, 2025, at Pallucca’s Deli and Event Center in Frontenac, Kansas.
