Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a program offered to students at Saint Paul High School. The sponsor for FBLA is Mrs. Meigs. The president for the 2009-2010 school year is Jena Terlip. There are currently twenty-one members in the FBLA program.
This year FBLA has held a coin war to raise money. Buckets were placed in the office into which students and staff could place coins. Each penny counted as a vote. The teacher with the most votes at the end of the week would get a pie thrown at them. The winner was Mrs. Sutter, there was also a drawing where students could buy chances to throw the pie. Riley O'Brien won and threw the pie at Mrs. Sutter. All of the proceeds from the coin war went to the March of Dimes.
FBLA has been taking a break, but at the end of January things will heat back up again as FBLA students compete in the district competition.
