First United Methodist Church unveiled plans for “Galactic Blast: A Cosmic Adventure Praising God” Vacation Bible School,” from 9 a.m. to noon June 14-18 at the church.

All children in the community may board the starship Galactic Praise to see the universe and God in a whole new way. Each “galactic mission” will include a Bible story in the Good News Galaxy, along with science activities at the Orbital Observatory, music at Moons and Tunes, art at Cosmic Crafts, games at Rocket Rec and a snack at the Astro Bistro.
