The Frontenac Wrestling Club took eight wrestlers to the Paola Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 27 and came home with a pair of championships.



Brandon Mlekus finished 3-0 to capture the 10 and under 73-pound weight class title and Tyler Kester went 2-0 to win the 10 and under 58-pound division.

In the 8 and under 58-pound division, Graham Hathaway finished with a 3-1 mark and took second overall in the weight class.

John Emmerson finished third overall in the 10 and under 82-pound division.

At 12 and under, Shae Sandburg finished 2-2 in the 105-pound weight class and took third and Jacob Durrossett also finished third in the 115-pound division.

Channing Neilson went 1-2 in the 14 and under 75-85-pound division to finish in third.

Camden Stiles did not place in the 10 and under 76-pound division.
