  • Several creeks and streams were out of their banks or close to it, like this one southest of Pittsburg, after heavy rains hit the county on Wednesday evening. However, the high water was not enough to wash out any roads.

  • Several creeks and streams were out of their banks or close to it, like this one southest of Pittsburg, after heavy rains hit the county on Wednesday evening. However, the high water was not enough to wash out any roads.
    "Really, I don't believe there was anything too severe," said Crawford County Sheriff Dan Peak. "There are some secondary roads that tend to gather water in places, but we had nothing significant -- nothing to get hold of the engineering department about."
