Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) will be holding a public information meeting Sept. 9 at 7 p.m., in Chanute. Location is at the Park Pavilion on Second and South Forest Ave. This meeting covers the southeast Kansas area.

Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) will be holding a public information meeting Sept. 9 at 7 p.m., in Chanute. Location is at the Park Pavilion on Second and South Forest Ave. This meeting covers the southeast Kansas area.
Farmers, ranchers and anyone interested in the new conservation program are invited to attend.
The sign-up for the CSP began August 10 and continues through Sept. 30. Applications received by the Sept. 30 cutoff date that meet the eligibility requirements will be ranked for 2010 funding consideration.
