A jury found a Pittsburg man guilty on two counts in the threat of a local business owner.



Michael Malcolm, Pittsburg, was found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and felony criminal threat stemming from a Dec. 21, 2007, incident.

On that date, Tornado Lounge owner Brian Stotler was closing the bar when Malcolm pulled a knife and threatened Stotler.

Depending on his criminal history, Malcolm will face 11 to 34 months in jail for the aggravated assault charge and five to 17 months for the criminal threat charge.
