  • Pittsburg Police arrested a Mulberry man Sunday for allegedly stabbing a Pittsburg man after an argument broke out at the bar Faces, at 202 N. Locust Street in downtown Pittsburg.

  • Pittsburg Police arrested a Mulberry man Sunday for allegedly stabbing a Pittsburg man after an argument broke out at the bar Faces, at 202 N. Locust Street in downtown Pittsburg.
    According to an official report from Sgt. Travis Bowman, PPD officers, Crawford County Sheriff’s deputies and Crawford County EMS were dispatched to the bar after a stabbing was reported. Upon arrival, officers were told that the stabbing resulted of a physical altercation between Travis Stone, of Mulberry, Donald Graziose and Donald Graziose II, both of Pittsburg, that flared up outside the bar.
    Witnesses said a large altercation erupted and quickly escalated, attracting additional subjects, including Stone and the Grazioses. During the fight, Stone wielded a knife and struck the other subjects causing injuries. Graziose II was transported to Via Christi due to his injuries.
    Stone was taken into custody and transported to the Crawford County jail on two counts of aggravated battery. The incident is still under investigation by the PPD.
    PPD officials were not available for comment as of press time.
