Senior Citizens
Pittsburg Senior Citizens Club will meet at 1:30 p.m. in Lincoln Center. Members will celebrate April birthdays and play bingo.
New members are always welcome. Anyone needing additional information about the club may call the Pittsburg Parks and Recreation Department at 231-8310.

PSU art exhibit
“Mix of Six,” an exhibit featuring six Pittsburg State University graduating art seniors, will be on view now through May 3 in the Second Floor Student Gallery, Porter Hall.
Participating will be Kimberly Flory, commercial art major, exhibiting cut paper illustration; Rhiannon Geraughty, art education major, displaying an array of art in many medias; Gretchen Houck, commercial art major, who will show friendly ghouls she calls “Spook-A-Dots”; Ashley Merando, art education major, showing jewelry pieces in metal, wood and glass; Laura Stucky; and Nicole Rutledge, fine art major, showing ceramics and jewelry pieces.
The gallery will be open free to the public from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday. A closing reception will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. May 3 in the gallery.

Legion bingo
Pittsburg American Legion Post 64 will have bingo night, open to the public, at 6:30 p.m. at the post home, 2815 N. Joplin. The canteen will be open.

Bob’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Thunder Show will have karaoke from 7 p.m. to midnight at Foxtown City Limits.
