Dear Editor:
I want to start on a positive note and that is I love Pitt State U. One of my sons graduated last year and is now in his masters program in automotive.

There has never been a better match than him and Pitt! He has thrived and excelled and has had great mentors and instructors. My other son is also doing well and has one more year. We were just there one weekend for the Baja competition and the university and community did a great job hosting it.

Now my problem, we have had so many things stolen over the past 5 years, bikes, bike seats, a custom made BBQ we made from a beer keg and just this week my son had his 1970 Honda trail 70 motorcycle taken. This is something that has been in the family for 40 years, my son spent all last summer rebuilding it. If the person that took it reads this I would suggest they return it or drop it off at the police station. There has been a police report filed. There are some hidden markings to identify it and I will be looking for it.

They just better hope the police find them before I do. These type of motor bikes are pretty rare so if anyone in Pittsburg sees some one with a motor bike that is a little different than they usually see please call the police to report it. It is too bad that there is so much thievery there in an other wise neat town.

PS.: If you see a propane bbq made from a beer keg with a budwiser handle I would like it back also.
