  • Southeast USD 247 has announced summer menus for the week of July 1.
    Meals will be served Monday through Thursday between June 3 and Aug. 8, excluding July 4. Breakfast will be served from 8 to 8:45 a.m. and lunch will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Southeast High School. Lunch only will be served from noon to 1 p.m. at the McCune Elementary School.
    Each year the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners with local organizations such as USD 247 to provide free meals to children ages 1-18 when school is out for the summer. Food must be eaten on site.
    No application or identification is required to participate in the food program. Adults who want to eat must accompany a child who is participating in the program. Charge for an adult meal is $3.50.
    All meals will be served with milk.
    There will be no meal service at Southeast High School the week of July 1-July 5.
    Lunch menus for the week beginning July 1 at McCune Elementary School will be as follows:
    Chicken sticks, potatoes, sliced pears, hot rolls.
    Hamburger on bun with lettuce, tomato and pickle, straight cut fries, banana, sugar cookie.
    Burrito with cheese sauce, shredded lettuce and tomato, seasoned corn, fresh orange.
    No meal service because of July 4 holiday.
