Senior Citizens Club
Senior Citizens Club will meet at 1:30 p.m. in Lincoln Center.  May birthdays will be celebrated, and “Elvis and Priscilla” will entertain the group. Cost to attend will be 50 cents.

Legion bingo
Pittsburg American Legion Post 64 will host bingo night, open to the public, at 6:30 p.m. at the post home, 2815 N. Joplin.
Canteen will open at 5:30 p.m. and feature burgers, sandwiches and chicken strips.

Win or Bust 4-H
Monthly meeting of the Win Or Bust 4-H club will take  place around 8:30 p.m. at the  American Cancer Society Relay for life at Hutchinson Field, Pittsburg Community Middle School.
Club members will work at a relay concession stand as a community service project.

Joplin dance
JOPLIN, Mo. — Joplin Shrine Club will sponsor a dance, open to the public, from 7 to 10 p.m. at 1040 Joplin Avenue. Doors will open at 5 p.m.
Music will be provided by the Bob Russell Band. Snacks will be available. Admission will be $4 per person. Anyone needing additional information may call 417-782-6116.
