Jennifer Anne Ward and Jereme Peter Glenn were united in marriage at South Broadway Baptist Church in Pittsburg on October 4, 2008. Pastor Gene Glenn, father of groom, performed the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Don and Susan Ward of Pittsburg, and the granddaughter of Dorothy Ward of Hammond, IN, and Evadean Gordon of Evansville, IN. The groom is the son of Gene and Rita Glenn of Joplin, and the grandson of Frank and Marlene Nichols of Joplin and Lester and Audrey Glenn of Liberal, KS. The bride wore an elegant A-line, strapless, twilight taffeta gown with corset closure. The gown was embellished with Swarovski crystals, glass, bugle, and seed beads, and pearls. Her bouquet consisted of white roses, stephanotis and blue larkspur. The flowers were designed by Caylx. Matron of honor was Sarah Ward, the bride's sister-in-law. Bridesmaids were Beth Kimzey, Megan Hague, and Amy Johnston. The Best Man was Tim Adam, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were James Lorenzen, Justin Hinton, and Chris Ward. Ushers were Stephen Glenn, Bryan Glenn and Chris Wilson. Flower girl was Annalise Ward, niece of the bride. Ringbearers were Johnathon, Jacob, and Joshua Glenn, sons of the groom. The bride's personal attendant was Alison Wilson. DeLane Adam attended the couple's signature photo matte while Kandi Dogotch and Megan Whit attended the gift table. Following the wedding, the couple was driven to the dinner and dance reception held at Dalton's Event Facility in a 1964 Chevrolet Impala owned by John Newberry. The wedding cake was designed by Rose Marie Wilson. Following a honeymoon in Cabo St. Lucas, Mexico, the couple is at home in Joplin, MO.
