TAMKO Building Products, Inc. recently promoted two employees to management positions. Becky Bond has been promoted to corporate manager of customer service. She will supervise TAMKO’s corporate call center in Joplin and will be responsible for the development, improvement and delivery of all customer interactions with the call center.


TAMKO Building Products, Inc. recently promoted two employees to management positions. Becky Bond has been promoted to corporate manager of customer service. She will supervise TAMKO’s corporate call center in Joplin and will be responsible for the development, improvement and delivery of all customer interactions with the call center.

Bond joined TAMKO in 2002. She previously held the positions of customer service representative and customer service manager for TAMKO’s facilities in Columbus, Kan. and Green Cove Springs, Fla. She most recently worked as a full-time production planning subject matter expert.

Lindsay Mengel has been promoted to customer service manager for the Columbus and Green Cove Springs facilities. Mengel will be responsible for production planning and scheduling, order management and customer service for the Columbus and Green Cove Springs facilities. She will coordinate with manufacturing, sales and customer service in this endeavor.

Mengel joined TAMKO in 2007 as a customer service representative. She also served as a trainer and a member of the assist team.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin.
