Arma Homecoming Committee
The committee will have their monthly meeting at 7 p.m. in the Arma City Council meeting room. The meeting is open to anyone interested in helping with the 70th homecoming on Aug. 12, 13 and 14.
Alpha Kappa Chapter Phi Tau Omega Sorority
The sorority will have their monthly social 6 p.m. at Coltons Steak House in Pittsburg. Hostesses will be Jo Hermann and Kathy Puckett.
The Chicopee Card Games will meet from 12:30-3:30 p.m. at the Chicopee community center.
Elk's Lodge Bingo
Bingo will be held at the Elk's Lodge, 2312 W. 4th in Pittsburg, starting at 6:15 with mini games. It will be followed by regular games at 6:30. Super progressive and blackout progressive will be played and Bingo event tickets and pull tabs also are available.

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) 0884 meetings are held each Thursday at Knights of Columbus Towers, 700 N. Pine. Frontenac American Legion conducts bingo games every Thursday evening at the Frontenac Senior Citizen Center located at 113 N. Crawford in Frontenac. Cards go on sale at 5:30 p.m. and play begins at 6:30 p.m.

Pittsburg Avenue of Flags
The group is looking for volunteers to meet at Highland Park Cemetery at 9 a.m. to help with a Memorial Day flag raising. The group is asking for volunteers on Sunday at 1 p.m. On Monday, the group will raise the flags at 5 a.m. and retire them at 4 p.m.
