Miners Hall will host its next exhibit, ‘Weaving on Portable Looms’ at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Miners Hall Museum in Franklin.
The program will be presented by Sue Horner and Jean Jack.
According to a release from the museum, Horner and Jack will be demonstrate techniques people might not have considered, using a variety of materials, weaving simple projects for any age or ability.

This special program is being presented in conjunction with the special quarterly exhibit “Spinning a Yarn & Weaving a Tale” hosted by Jean Jack.
“Miners Hall Museum is proud to display this special quarterly exhibit,” the release said.

The doors for the program open at 1:45 p.m., the program begins at 2 p.m. Admission is free, donations will be accepted and appreciated, the release said.

The museum encourages people to call ahead to make sure there is adequate seating, the release said. The museum number is 620-347-4220. After the program people are welcome to view the special quarterly exhibit.
