A representative from the Patterson Family Foundation, a family-led foundation that provides financial and strategic guidance based in Kansas City, had the chance to stop by the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas’ office Wednesday afternoon to talk about community needs in southeast Kansas. According to CFSEK Marketing Coordinator Matthew Buck, the Patterson Family is working to increase data, research, and info sharing among partnering organizations while also looking to develop flagship programs for community success. Additional talking points during the meeting included collaboration efforts, growing needs for basic services, and rural granting.
