Freeman Health Systems is finding that renovation projects can take a little more time than expected. In a news release, Tuesday, officials with Freeman said that while the ongoing renovation of Freeman Fort Scott Hospital is “progressing smoothly,” opening of the facility won’t take place until this fall, instead of this spring.
