It is easy to get caught up in the big problems of the world and to be overwhelmed by it. I’ve been reading a book entitled “To Govern the Globe,” by Alfred W. McCoy, who is a Professor of History at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. It is both interesting to me as history and disturbing to me as history.
