Rhonda E. Blair, 51, passed away on March 11, 2024.
Rhonda was born on May 31, 1972, to Ross and Melva (Smith) Hoffhines.
Rhonda is survived by her parents and her four children.
A memorial service was held at the Church of the Resurrection on March 16, 2024.
Burial: Delphos, KS.
