It was not unusual, in fact, it was common, most days, to find five or more guys hanging around the shop at Spicer-Adams Welding over lunch break. Larry Adams, the shop owner, is a car guy, you see. He loves talking about cars, trucks, motorcycles and just about anything with an internal combustion engine, so there was always plenty to talk about with others who shared his passion.
