In recent years, the Crawford County Historical Museum has taken a much more active role in the community, hosting various events throughout the year, from coal mining and frontier living reenactments, to car shows and canning demonstrations. The museum also focuses on hands-on learning by inviting local schools to come and interact with historical presenters.
